TAG ARCHERY GAMES

Tag Archery is a very versatile sport and there are many different games which can be played.

We have chosen a number of different games which will be sure to entertain you and exercise both your mind and body!

This is the first game you will play.  There will be 2 teams, and the aim of the game is for each team to score the most points for the duration of the game, typically 10-15 minutes.

Points are scored as follows:

  • 1 Point – Shooting an opposing player with an arrow in one of the following areas:
    • Players body (including the head)
    • Any and all clothing (uniform)
    • Any equipment (bows, arrows, masks, etc.)
  • 2 Points – Catching an opponents arrow in mid-flight

All players will remain in the game for the complete duration whether hit or not. All points will be awarded by the referee who will keep score and announce the winner at the end of the game.

Before the game begins, each team will hide a flag somewhere in their own camp. The aim of the game is for each team to capture the opposing team’s flag. Once you have been hit, you must leave the game. (Don’t worry we’ll have a referee present to make sure there is no cheating!) The most difficult part of the game is actually capturing the flag as it will be well defended and it you are hit while capturing the flag you must replace the flag and leave the game. The game is over once a flag has been captured.

In this game every player is playing for themselves. The aim of the game is to be last person to be hit. There are no teams, but just like in the Hunger Games you can form alliances, but who can you trust and what will happen when its only you against your allies. This game will help you to find out who your friends really are!! Will you be the Last man Standing – Join Us at Tag Archery to find out.

What Foot Golf Players Say

I really can’t think of anything better than representing Ireland in a sport that is growing so quickly. When this sport takes off, and believe me it will, I’ll be glad to say that I played on the first Irish national team.
